Enjoy engaging with new people? Our client, an established Life Science Consumables organisation is looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to join their team. You will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts as well as identify new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As the primary contact for your accounts, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure client success. Responsibilities and Objectives: * Maintain and build relationships with existing customers, routinely conducting account reviews with customers and identifying business growth opportunities * Frequently meet with customers, making appointments in advance * Organise appointments to maximise customer interaction * Update and maintain CRM – Customer contacts, meeting details and opportunities * Advise on product portfolio to stimulate new business, promote new products, and provide solutions to customers’ requirements * Provide business proposals, quotations, and pricing for products, as required * Follow up new business opportunities with customers and continually update CRM Sales Pipeline to reflect progress * Put delivery plans in place / work with internal sales team to ...
