Job Description:
Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects within the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, primarily focusing on design and delivery.
* Work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders
* Produce technical details and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
* Assist with resolving issues promptly
* Work across all RIBA project stages
* Develop project briefs and manage project progression
* Conduct site visits and produce reports
* Minimum 5 years' relevant UK experience
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
* Residential sector experience is highly advantageous
* High technical ability
* Based in or around Worthing
* Ability to mentor colleagues
* Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is highly advantageous
