Benefits: Health Cash Plan Private Medical Insurance Group Critical Illness Cover Group Income Protection Life Insurance Pension: 4% employer / 5% employee contribution Holiday Buy-Back Scheme Warehouse Manager Duties: Manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance Lead, support, and develop warehouse teams to ensure high performance and strong team morale Optimise warehouse layout, storage systems and inventory control procedures for improved operational flow Plan and deliver warehouse improvement projects, including process redesign, system enhancements and space optimisation Drive automation and process innovation to minimise waste and maximise throughput Utilise ERP systems for accurate inventory management, order fulfilment and performance reporting Lead the implementation and integration of warehouse technologies, such as barcoding and scanning systems Define, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement initiatives Hours: Full time Monday – Friday Required skills & experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations Management Proven experience in warehouse operations management Demonstrated success in delivering significant warehouse projects and change management Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) in a warehouse setting Experience implementing and managing barcoding systems and inventory scanning tools Ability to lead, influence, and manage cross-functional teams
