Tax Client Growth Executive– About The Role
* Lead and motivate a client-focused team, ensuring excellent service and compliance
* Identify upselling opportunities and actively grow revenue from existing clients
* Build strong client relationships, pitching additional services in a consultative way
* Track and report on team KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and commercial results
* Provide coaching to team members on combining technical tax knowledge with business development
* Ensure all Self-Assessment and compliance processes are accurate and timely
* Analyse client portfolios to spot trends, opportunities, and revenue potential
The successful candidate will have:
* Practical UK tax experience, ideally in a client-facing or practice environment
* Proven commercial awareness and interest in driving growth through upselling
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence in leading a small team and achieving targets
