What Youll Be Responsible For: Preparing legal documents including letters, forms, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and invoices, including audio transcription where required. Maintaining accurate records and databases, including submissions to relevant online services and authorities. Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, executors, the Probate Registry and other third parties in a professional and supportive manner. Handling enquiries by phone and in person, arranging consultations, appointments, and call-backs where appropriate. Managing key dates within the firms central diary and monitoring deadlines to ensure important matters are not missed.
