We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to inclusive education and community collaboration. If you are passionate about making a difference, enjoy working in a rural setting, and believe in the power of partnership, we would love to hear from you.
We're Looking For:
6. A postgraduate SENCO qualification (or working towards it), demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and expertise in SEND.
7. At least three years of successful teaching experience across primary phases, including EYFS, with a proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.
8. Experience working collaboratively as part of a Senior Leadership Team (desirable), and familiarity with Thrive or Boxall approaches (desirable).
9. A strong advocate for inclusive education, with excellent knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice.
10. Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to inspire and support colleagues.
11. Commitment to working in partnership with families and external professionals, building trust and shared purpose.
12. Ability to lead and support staff in developing quality-first teaching and impactful interventions.
