A growing main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work is looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step into an intermediate role. This position suits someone already managing key commercial duties and now looking for more responsibility, progression and exposure to full project delivery.
The business delivers healthcare and commercial refurbishment and new build projects under JCT and NEC contracts, typically valued between £2m and £10m. The role is office-based in Coulsdon with regular site visits across London and the Home Counties.

Role Summary
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support commercial delivery from pre-construction through to final account, taking ownership of defined packages while working closely with senior commercial staff, project teams, clients and the supply chain.
