Client Relationship Manager
Location: Slough/Burnham, Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Package: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + incentive-based rewards
Role Overview
We're looking for a high-performing, commercially driven Senior Account Manager to take ownership of established customer accounts and drive significant revenue growth against target.
This is a strategic, relationship-led role where you'll expand share of wallet, unlock new opportunities, and position yourself as a trusted partner to your clients. As a senior member of the team, you'll also lead by example — setting the standard for performance, professionalism, and customer excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Growing revenue within existing accounts by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
Identifying and engaging new stakeholders within customer organisations to expand product footprint
Leading consultative client meetings to understand business challenges and deliver impactful solutions
Driving commercial discussions, preparing tailored proposals and high-quality written submissions
Using market insight and sales data to strategically prioritise your pipeline and maximise performance
Maintaining accurate, detailed client records within CRM systems
Building and owning progressive account plans to diversify engagement and revenue streams
Delivering exceptional customer service and conducting service reviews to drive continuous improvement
Developing deep product knowledge to ensure accurate and compelling market positioning
Designing creative, high-level solutions — occasionally leading bid teams and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts
Experience
What We're Looking For
A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales target
Strong B2B sales experience
Experience selling services and solution-based offerings
Confident using CRM systems and sales management tools
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques
End-to-end knowledge of the sales cycle — from prospecting through to close
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to coach, mentor and positively influence others
