Who is Hays?We are a nurturing and inclusive educational setting committed to supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.We are looking for acompassionate, patient, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join ourdedicated team and help create a positive and supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
* Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
* Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs).
