The Role
As a Health & Longevity Coach, youll guide clients through their assessment results via engaging video consultations. Youll help them understand their biomarkers, identify lifestyle priorities, and create personalised action plans spanning nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, and recovery.
Youll be a key human connection in the Latus ecosystem, supporting people to take control of their health and extend both lifespan and healthspan.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct one-to-one video consultations with members to discuss their Longevity & Wellness Assessment results.
* Translate complex biomarker and physiological data into clear, actionable guidance.
* Create personalised lifestyle improvement plans, covering nutrition, exercise, sleep, recovery, and mindset.
* Track progress, provide accountability, and celebrate wins with members.
* Collaborate with our clinical, nutrition, and technology teams to ensure a holistic, data-driven experience.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research in longevity science, nutrition, and behaviour change.
What Youll Bring
* A recognised qualification in Nutrition, Exercise Science, Health Coaching, or Lifestyle Medicine (e.g. AfN, SENR, ACSM, CIMSPA, BANT, or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of biomarkers, metabolic health, and the drivers of longevity.
* Demonstrated experience supporting clients in lifestyle or health behaviour change.
* Excellent communication and coaching skills, empathetic, motivating, and science-literate.
* Passion for preventative health, performance optimisation, and the future of personalised medicine.
* Comfortable using digital tools and delivering consultations virtually.
