About the role
Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn’t available. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. Your role is to ensure customers have a fantastic experience whether they order in-store or online. Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and friendly
3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Keep displays stocked and appealing
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop

About you
You should be reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will support an inclusive culture, valuing diversity.
