And we look after them by giving them everything they need to deliver for our customers, ongoing training and development The Business Analyst will have a key role working with clients and the technical and business teams in Covernet. Leading client requirements gathering for projects Carrying out detailed analysis and asking relevant questions Producing requirements specifications for projects Leading project calls, driving the overall organization and delivery of projects as part of a project team Creating accurate project estimates Carrying out post-project review, actual vs projected cost analysis, and lessons-learned exercises to ensure a process of continual improvement Building and developing client relationships General office duties Understand and adhere to all information security best practices as referenced in ISO-27001 You'll be educated to at least higher level in a Business, Management, Computer Science or related discipline and have a 2:1 or equivalent You'll have at least 2 years commercial experience working as a Business Analyst, or in a role where you have been heavily involved in the analysis and delivery of software in a commercial environment. Experience of producing documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also essential. You'll also be: A confident communicator, that can manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders both verbal and written. A critical thinker with a solution orientated focus. An effective and enthusiastic team player. Self-motivated, independent working and pro-active approach. Methodical and logical approach. Organised and have an eye for detail.
