What we’re looking for
* Heart-on-your-sleeve leadership: bold, calm under pressure, ego-free
* Minimum 2 years’ GM experience in high-volume bars or sports bar venues
* High-volume, late-night venue experience is a must!
* Stellar communication and organizational skills; hands-on and approachable
* Superb customer and floor service instincts
* Entrepreneurial spark—creative, proactive, growth-minded
