Overview
We are looking for an organised, detail-focused Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly and support our growing team.
What you'll do:
· Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain records.
· Keep databases, CRMs, and spreadsheets up to date.
· Process invoices, purchase orders, and manage office supplies.
· Be the first point of contact for queries and distribute information.
· Support projects, track progress, and help improve processes.
What we're looking for:
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
· Confident using Microsoft Office; ERP experience an advantage (Efacs knowledge desirable).
· Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
