Pure Staff Birmingham are seeking experienced van drivers (Category B) to join one of our well-established clients in the Leamington Spa area. This is a temp‑to‑perm role for the right candidate.
🔧 The Role:
* Handballing boxed goods to butchers and wholesalers
* Delivering fresh halal farm food products
* Local and short‑distance deliveries
* Loads pre‑picked; drivers assist with loading
* Strapping and securing loads safely (essential)
* Ensuring load safety and compliance at all times
* Minimum age 26 years (insurance requirement)
* Valid UK Category B (car/van) licence
* Experience strapping and securing loads
* Able to handball boxes safely
* No more than 6 points on your licence
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
Compensation and Working Hours
* £13.50 per hour
* £1.93 per hour holiday pay accrued
(Total equivalent rate: £15.43 per hour)
Holiday pay is banked and paid when you take annual leave.

* Monday to Friday
