What You’ll Do
1. Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the main class teacher
2. Step confidently into a range of subjects and school environments
3. Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom
4. Support students’ learning using provided plans or your own expertise
5. Represent yourself and the agency with professionalism
What I’m Looking For
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recent experience working as an Unqualified Teacher or Cover Supervisor
7. Strong behaviour management skills
8. A proactive, adaptable approach to each school day
9. Excellentmunication and reliability
10. A genuine passion for supporting young people
