TeacherActive is excited to be working in partnership with a handful of schools in St Helens to help them find a reliable Cover Supervisor. The schools are committed to their learners and value the hard work of their staff members. We are seeking a consistent and reliable Cover Supervisor for this term for day-to-day and short-term placements, with the potential for a longer-term role for the right candidate. This opportunity is great for a teacher with classroom experience who values flexibility in when they work, or an educator looking to gain more classroom experience. Responsibilities
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged
* Providing support to learners across Key Stages 3 to 4 (Key Stage 5 experience would also be beneficial, but not essential)
* Supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Requirements
* Experience in managing classroom behaviour and supporting student engagement
