Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality personal care to residents
* Assist residents with daily activities and tasks
* Ensure residents dignity and privacy are maintained at all times
* Follow care plans and report any changes in residents health to the senior staff
* Support the nursing team in delivering medical interventions
* Engage with residents in meaningful activities and provide companionship
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Qualifications and qualities
* Previous experience in a care assistant role is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and empathetic nature
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
