We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic, customer focused weekend Host/Hostess to meet and greet our guests into the restaurant, seat and explain menus and assist with orders where needed in 1907 restaurant bar and grill at Brooklands Hotel. To manage bookings and special requests and organizing all inclusive packages, menus and VIP's.. Experience in a hotel or restaurant environment previously is essential. The role requires you to work closely alongside the Restaurant Manager and F&B Manager to ensure an efficient and organised service.
