We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead a renowned tourist attraction in the Caribbean. This senior role oversees day-to-day operations, including guest experiences, retail, and food & beverage, ensuring world-class standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive operational strategy, performance, and growth opportunities
* Manage budgets ($3–5M+ p.a.), financial reporting, and revenue optimization
* Lead, train, and develop operational teams; foster a positive workplace culture
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and inclusivity standards
* Enhance guest experiences and resolve issues professionally
* Collaborate with marketing and community stakeholders
Requirement
* Bachelor’s in Business, Hospitality, or related fields
* 3+ years senior management experience in attractions, theme parks, or hospitality
* Strong financial literacy and experience managing operational budgets
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and guest booking systems
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
