Senior Manager, Sales Enablement

Job Summary: Are you passionate about empowering sales teams to perform at their best? This role will drive regional performance and commercial success, shaping strategy, influencing leaders, and developing talent.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, you will lead multiple enablement functions and act as a trusted advisor to regional commercial leadership. You will build strong relationships across the business, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver programs that elevate capability, improve outcomes, and drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid position (three days per week in Newcastle or Winnersh).
Responsibilities
* Lead & develop a high‑performing team of Sales Enablement Program Managers across UKI, France, Germany and South Africa.
* Own the regional Enablement plan—aligning with Business Units, Product Marketing, and Commercial Leaders.
* Deeply understand regional OKRs, opportunities, challenges, and GTM revenue programs to focus enablement activity.
* Deliver high‑impact programs that support Sales Excellence and drive measurable improvements.
* Shape “Always On” Enablement through proactive identification of focus areas.
* Track, measure, and communicate impact, reporting on outputs and performance improvements.
* Maintain a scalable enablement model, ensuring consistency across onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning experiences.
* Collaborate globally, sharing best practices and ensuring regional initiatives benefit from a strong global Sales Enablement community.
Qualifications
* A passion for developing people and driving behaviour change.
* Strong leadership experience within Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Commercial Excellence.
* Credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to influence across regions.
* A strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into impactful programs.
* Outstanding communication skills and a data‑driven approach to measuring success.
