Key Accountabilities
1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered
2. Monitor the performance of the assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to reach the business targets
3. Lead the execution of Clienteling activities with your team, developing actions to activate, retain and develop a client base
4. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and developing a high performing team
5. Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors ensuring their development is ongoing and their motivation and sense of belonging are high
6. Partner with the Store Director/Manager and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through specific training, while ensuring they are aware of market trends and competitors
7. Partner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution
Key Requirements
8. Proven experience as a Team/Department Manager within Fashion Luxury industry
9. Proven ability to drive results and organizational skills
10. Commercial awareness and business acumen
11. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
12. Strong communication skills
13. Passion for Fashion Luxury industry
