You’ll be responsible for developing the brand, shaping our market position, and driving growth through bold ideas, powerful storytelling, and data-led execution.

What You’ll Do
* Develop and deliver high-impact marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
* Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
* Take full ownership of digital marketing — doing as well as leading across SEO, SEM, content, paid media, email, and social.
* Work alongside one of the UK’s leading agencies to push boundaries, challenge ideas, and bring bold campaigns to life.
* Strengthen NCM’s brand through clear messaging and consistent positioning.
* Oversee PR, campaigns, and external communications that amplify visibility and reputation.
* Manage budgets effectively and make data-driven decisions that deliver clear ROI.
* Collaborate with sales and senior leadership to align marketing with business goals.
* Analyse performance metrics and audience behaviour to optimise future activity.
* Identify and adopt emerging platforms, tools, and trends to keep NCM ahead of the curve.
* Bring energy, courage, and creativity to everything you do.
About You

You combine creativity with commercial focus, and you thrive where innovation meets ambition.
You’ll bring:
* 5+ years of proven experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role.
* Deep expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign delivery.
* A strong balance of creative flair and analytical rigour.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Confidence to experiment, take calculated risks, and drive growth.
* Experience in auctions, asset management, or B2B sectors (advantageous but not essential).
