About the role As a Bartender, you'll deliver great drinks and friendly, efficient service in a fast paced hospitality environment. You'll work behind the bar preparing and serving beverages while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in quality and presentation, and thrives during busy service periods, including events. You will be responsible for: Bar Service Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and soft drinks Deliver friendly, professional service to all guests Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods Standards & Presentation Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service Follow brand and venue standards for drink quality and presentation Ensure correct bar setup and close down procedures Health, Safety & Compliance Follow licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards Maintain hygiene, health & safety standards at all times Use equipment safely and correctly Team Support Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service Support senior bartenders and supervisors as required Be flexible and supportive during event and high volume shifts Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Essential Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Team Member Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Positive attitude and team focused approach Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days Desirable Cocktail knowledge or experience Experience in high volume or event led venues Why Join Us?
