This role will support our recruitment team in sourcing and delivering top technology talent. The role focuses on managing the full candidate lifecycle and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
* Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview/offer processes.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
* Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
* Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.
Skills & Experience
* Previous recruitment experience in all IT roles (diversity is key).
* Past experience working with System Integrators SI.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Target-driven with excellent communication.
* Ability to manage multiple roles.
