Duties
* Train how to carry out essential fixture/equipment maintenance.
* Be able to understand and learn programming methods, including CNC, assembly recipes and servo press.
* Have the ability to learn how to interact and run Industry leading automation, including robot tended machining cells and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) material delivery systems.
* Work effectively as part of a Team.
* Have the ability to accurately collect and analyse data.
* Learn and understand best practice (APQP) Quality Procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications
Essential – 5 GCSEs grade A* to C. This must include a B, or above, in Maths and at least C in Science and English Language (or Welsh as a first language)* Ability to take ownership of the working environment.
* Be able to naturally maintain an infectious positive attitude.
* Feel passion towards their work/Engineering, be driven and self-motivated.
* Show the ability to be able to make confident decisions in a working environment.
