What’s involved?
10. As a Relief Chef for our client you will be expected to manage the kitchen assistants and run the operations whilst cooking residents a creative, delicious meal.
11. Day time hours – no evenings
12. Occasional weekends
You will need:
13. An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
14. Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
15. Up to date Food Allergen Certificate
16. IDDSI knowledge (not essential)
17. To have had experience as a chef within a healthcare environment.
