The Housing Team manages all aspects of the housing, including rent and maintenance, and property safety. We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Handy Person to work as part of the Housing Team to facilitate general maintenance and repairs. Your responsibilities You will work alongside our existing maintenance team to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards and comply with health and safety requirements. You will have access to an ihAg van, and you will be responsible for ensuring it is properly maintained. You will need: experience of general maintenance and working in a “service-user” environment excellent practical skills including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrics and decoration good people management skills, including clear communication skills and some de-escalation skills good time management skills. This position requires a full, clean Driver’s Licence.
