Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust – Chief Medical Officer (VSM). Starfish Search is supporting the appointment. As Chief Medical Officer, you will help steer the organisation on this journey, joining a highly committed and collegiate board and executive team. You will have accountability for medical professional leadership, supervision and education of the medical workforce, and you will serve as the Trust’s responsible officer, overseeing medical appraisal and revalidation.

Responsibilities
* Provide medical professional leadership across the Trust and oversee supervision and education of the medical workforce.
* Act as the Trust’s Responsible Officer, overseeing medical appraisal and revalidation.
* Help steer the organisation’s clinical strategy in alignment with the Healthier, Happier Lives vision, working with the board and executive team.
