I am looking for a Scheduler to join a busy repairs and maintenance team in North Cornwall. The Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring works orders and appointments are raised, appointed and attended. The successful candidate will work with the team in supporting the delivery of a customer orientated repair service. Duties of the role: Coordinate and manage repair work orders using a housing management system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, residents, and external contractors. Monitor KPIs such as job completion rates and customer satisfaction, escalating issues when needed. Provide administrative support across departments and ensure databases and documentation are kept up to date. What is required for the Scheduler role: Proven experience in a repairs or maintenance Scheduling/ works coordination role. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and housing management or scheduling systems.
