Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain data models supporting change control processes
* Build and optimise PowerBI dashboards using Databricks data models
* Deliver data engineering solutions using SQL and Python
* Align business requirements with data logic and reporting outputs
* Collaborate with IT, IIM, and IDA stakeholders
* Drive adoption of data-centric tools and ways of working
* Support team upskilling and knowledge sharing initiatives
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards
* Enable data-driven insights for project decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree in a science, engineering, or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in data engineering, software development, and visualisation
* Strong coding skills in SQL and Python
* Experience with Databricks and PowerBI
* Solid database management expertise
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Ability to manage issues and escalate effectively
* Experience in regulated industries (nuclear desirable)
* Understanding of budget and schedule management advantageous
