Contact Centre Operator (Customer Support)
Location: Office based in Knowlhill / Milton Keynes / UK
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, Mon–Fri 12:00–20:00 (includes bank holidays and cover as required)

Teletrac Navman Connected Services supports over 325,000 subscribers with vehicle security and connected technology. We deliver stolen vehicle tracking, EV charging, emergency call and breakdown services across multiple regions, combining technical excellence with compassionate customer care.
The role
Work within a small operations team handling phone and email contacts from customers who may be stressed or emotional. You will use our systems (full training provided) to respond to alerts, manage theft reports and handle emergency and breakdown calls calmly.
Key responsibilities
1. Provide empathetic, confident telephone and email support, including handling callers in distress.
2. Respond promptly to system alerts and alarms.
3. Log and manage vehicle theft reports and related documentation.
4. Triage and manage: EV Charging support, Emergency and Breakdown calls, following procedures and Service Level Agreements.
5. Complete administrative tasks and maintain GDPR compliance.
What we need from you
6. Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent telephone manner.
7. Strong customer-service skills and proven de-escalation ability with emotional customers.
8. Good IT skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
9. High attention to detail, literacy and numeracy.
10. Reliable, able to prioritise under pressure and based within commuting distance of Milton Keynes with full UK work rights.
Desirable
11. Previous experience in an operations centre, control room or call centre.
12. Good geographical awareness.
