What the Job Involves This role involves working as a locum Social Worker within the mental health team at Swindon Borough Council. Based in Swindon, you will be expected to be in the office at least two days a week and make visits within Swindon and potentially further afield. The role involves undertaking complex assessments, supporting people to live independently, managing risk, and contributing to safeguarding policies. You will collaborate with health, police, and other agencies to improve public services, ensuring processes and quality of life improve for Swindon’s communities.
