You will work at our concession inNotcutt Dukeries. Your key areas of focus: To always implementa high levelof customer service. To take responsibility for tasksdesignatedby the Area Manager/Head Office. Maintaining standardsin order tomeet operational needs of the unit. Handling customer inquiries professionally. Being able to approach and advice customers. Complete delivery, manage stock, replenish the concession unit and cleaning duties on the unit. What our Shoal needs: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers. Ability to work independently and be a self motivator. Time management and organisational skills to handle tasks efficiently. Familiarity with merchandising and retail operations (desirable).
