In this role, you will manage and optimize online travel bookings for individual and corporate clients, ensuring smooth and accurate reservations across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of online travel bookings including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and package deals. Ensure booking confirmations, itinerary accuracy, and proper documentation are sent to clients in a timely manner. Update and manage reservations through global distribution systems (GDS), booking engines, and company CRM platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to travel changes, cancellations, and online system errors. Assist clients via phone, email, and chat to ensure a smooth and personalized booking experience. Monitor pricing, availability, and special offers across booking platforms to provide clients with the best options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client transactions and communications. Follow company procedures and comply with travel industry standards and applicable regulations. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in travel booking, online reservations, or a related customer support role. Proficiency with travel booking systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or other online booking engines. Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple bookings simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality is a plus.
