Michael Page are actively working with a long standing client who are actively seeking a Billing Assistant to join their team in East Leeds on a permanent basis. My client is looking for a dynamic individual with strong attention to detail to offer the opportunity to develop and progress within the Billing team. Job Description
3. Billing of all active sites
4. Ability to effectively investigate billing issues
5. Follow up on deadlines and co-ordinate further action where required to ensure that all sites are billing as they should.
6. Respond to complex account and billing queries from both customers and other teams.
7. Manage the day-to-day processes
8. Ability to deal with high workload on particularly busy days
9. Maintain the accurate billing standards required to ensure a smooth customer journey
10. Resolving and assisting with queries both internally and externally around problematic invoices
The Successful Applicant
A successful Billing Associate should have:
11. Have gained relevant experience, in a similar Billing, Accounts Assistant, Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger role
12. A strong attention to detail and accuracy
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Ability to work effectively with a friendly team
15. Driven, motivated and hard working

16. A competitive salary up to £31,000 per annum.
17. 9:00am - 5:00pm working hours, 37.5hr working week
