Sales Development Co-Ordinator, Salford Based £28,000 Basic (with an attractive bonus scheme, with the potential to earn £40,000 ) Mon To Fri, Full Time. A successful and constantly growing company are looking for a new Sales Development Co-ordinator to join their Business Development team. This is a high‑activity outbound role focused on generating new business, qualifying leads, and booking quality meetings for the senior sales team. Responsibilities: * Prospect via cold calls, email and LinkedIn * Work warm and cold leads from the CRM * Research and build your own pipeline * Map target accounts and identify key decision‑makers * Qualify inbound and outbound leads * Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline * Book high‑quality discovery meetings with full context * Support scheduling and follow‑up activity * Work to weekly and monthly KPIs Essentials: * Experience in outbound sales, SDR or business development * Confident phone manner and strong written communication * Resilient, target‑driven and comfortable with rejection * Able to work independently and manage your own workload * CRM experience and strong research skills * LinkedIn‑savvy with the ability to map accounts Benefits include 28 days holiday birthday off, private healthcare, company events – to name a few!
