The Energy & Bioproducts Research Institute (EBRI) is seeking a proactive and strategic Institute Manager to help deliver our ambitious research agenda. In this pivotal role, you will work alongside the Academic Directors to bring EBRI's research strategy to life-creating the systems, culture, and support structures that enable innovation and impact. You'll lead the operational planning and performance tracking that underpin our success, while fostering a collaborative environment where researchers and staff can thrive. As the autonomous operational lead, you'll be the vital bridge between academic and professional services teams, managing day-to-day operations and long-term planning. You'll also build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring that EBRI continues to grow as a dynamic, interdisciplinary hub for sustainable energy and bioproducts research.
