Salary: £39,000 - £40,000 base plus bonus up to £7,000–£15,000

The Role
This field‑based role covers a large and varied territory across Northern England and Scotland. As a Digital Services Business Manager (DSBM), you will spearhead the growth and adoption of Royal Canin's digital recommendation services within the veterinary community.
What We're Looking For
* Proactive and results‑driven individual with passion for digital technology and veterinary industry.
* Professional qualification in IT, science, or related field.
* Experience working with digital systems.
* Strong planning and problem‑solving abilities; customer‑focused mindset.
* Strong presentation, communication and IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to support sales analysis and territory management.
* Driver’s License: clean driving record required.
Desirable experience
* Proven track record in sales or account management.
* In‑depth knowledge or direct experience of veterinary industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand digital footprint.
* Drive recruitment of veterinary clinics to digital recommendation service and increase usage.
* Educate and train veterinary staff on functionality and benefits of digital systems.
* Effectively manage territory of up to 750 accounts, including independent and corporate clinics, hospitals, charities.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (Veterinary Business Managers, Marketing, Key Accounts) to deliver seamless customer experience and achieve objectives.
* Represent Royal Canin at trade shows, seminars, conferences, acting as brand ambassador.
* Gather and report on market intelligence (competitor activity, customer feedback) to shape strategy.
