As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained from day one in:
* Mapping US construction markets and competitor landscapes
* Conducting phone-led search campaigns (not CV-farming)
* Developing long-term client relationships
* Managing full 360 recruitment processes
* Working on retained, exclusive, and high-quality contingent searches
You’ll operate in US time zones where required — this is a serious, professional sales role with high expectations.
Progression is clearly defined and performance-based, not tenure-led:
* Associate → Consultant → Senior Consultant typically within 18–24 months
* Average time from Consultant to Senior: ~12 months
* Young leadership team, with the youngest manager promoted at 23
