* Play a key role in safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion to create a positive, nurturing learning environment
* Strengthen relationships with families, governors, and external partners
* Contribute to the wider work of the Trust, including collaboration with other schools where appropriate

About the role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant, welcoming school that is proud to be part of a forward-thinking Trust. As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading school improvement, enhancing teaching and learning, and securing the best possible outcomes for every child. You will work closely with the Headteacher and the Director of Education, contributing to the strategic direction of the school while having a visible and impactful role in daily school life.
