What you’ll be doing
* Owning Bind’s marketing delivery from start to finish
* Developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans across content, social, and sales enablement (including awards, case studies and events)
* Maintaining the website engine, collaborating with freelancers and implementing SEO to keep our digital presence fresh and optimised across organic and LLM results
* Using data and AI tools to improve marketing performance and build scalable processes that reduce manual work over time
* Collaborating with specialists to extract technical insights and turn them into high-quality thought leadership
* Proactively growing your generalist marketing knowledge to influence decisions and evolve Bind’s marketing engine
* Leveraging internal expertise and brand to generate the content and assets that help showcase Bind’s value
What you’ll have
* Proven experience in a B2B or agency marketing role
* Hands‑on skills in writing content, managing social media, and creating email and social newsletters
* Technical confidence using HubSpot, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMRush to track and report on your impact
* An AI‑forward mindset, with a drive to use tools like Gemini and marketing automation tools like Zapier/n8n to work smarter
* Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to interview internal experts and translate complex ideas
* Ability to work independently and influence others
