What you'll be doing:
* Processing hundreds of supplier invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Sorting out invoice queries
* Keeping the accounts payable inbox from becoming a black hole
* Uploading and coding credit card transactions)
* Maintaining the paperless filing system
* Setting up new suppliers and making sure their info is bang-on
* Helping out with general office admin
What you need to bring:
* Accounts Payable experience
* Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel especially)
* A calm, methodical way of working - speed is good, but accuracy is better
* A healthy dose of common sense
