We are working with a respected organisation to recruit a n HR & Recruitment Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment and provide expert HR support across workforce planning and selection activities. This role is key to ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused recruitment service, supporting managers and staff with day-to-day HR advisory needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, selection, and pre-employment checks Provide expert advice on workforce planning, recruitment, and induction processes Support managers with recruitment issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes Oversee vacancy progression, promotions, and internal postings Deliver and continuously improve corporate induction programmes Maintain and develop recruitment systems, processes, and documentation Produce recruitment data, succession planning, and workforce insights Represent the organisation at recruitment events and support HR projects About You: Proven experience in HR recruitment or advisory roles Strong understanding of recruitment, selection, and employment processes Experience managing HR systems and improving processes Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in delivering an effective and forward-thinking recruitment service.
