At St Anthony's Catholic College, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Officer - Assisting Student Learning (First Nations Education) to join our team on a permanent, term-time basis. This position is for 25.5 hours per week on our Senior Campus.
In this role, you’ll nurture curiosity and a love of learning by providing hands-on support in the classroom, assisting students with their individual learning goals, and helping to create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment that values and respects First Nations histories, cultures, and perspectives. With patience, empathy, and understanding, you’ll build strong and trusting relationships with students supporting their confidence, wellbeing, and sense of belonging as they learn and grow. You’ll work closely with teachers to monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and provide meaningful feedback that encourages every learner to thrive.
