This role is key to driving food safety, quality, and compliance standards across the site while leading a small technical team and engaging closely with customers and suppliers. About the Role Reporting to the Operations Director, the Technical Manager will take responsibility for all site technical functions, ensuring compliance with BRCGS, customer, and legal standards. You’ll work cross-functionally to maintain excellent product quality, support continuous improvement, and lead audits and technical strategy. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the site’s technical and quality team * Maintain and improve food safety and quality systems * Manage BRCGS, customer, and regulatory audits * Liaise with customers and suppliers on technical matters * Drive continuous improvement and ensure best practice across all departments About You You’ll be an experienced Technical Manager or a strong Quality Manager ready to step up into a broader leadership role.
