What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils aged 3–19 with a wide range of physical and learning needs Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other TAs to deliver tailored, sensory-based activities Helping pupils communicate using alternative methods such as symbols, Makaton, or switches Assisting with personal care, mobility, and feeding when required Promoting independence, engagement, and joy in every learning opportunity What we’re looking for: Experience supporting children or young people with complex needs (in education, care, or health settings) A patient, caring approach and a genuine passion for making a difference Confidence working as part of a multi-disciplinary team Flexibility, empathy, and a good sense of humour – they go a long way here!
