We’re supporting a high profile US law firm to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to its London team. This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in shaping the firm’s market strategy.
Focused on restructuring, private equity, leveraged finance, and the wider private capital markets, you’ll act as the 'number two' to the Director of BD whilst working closely with partners and lawyers to drive client initiatives, strengthen relationships, and enhance the firm’s market profile.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver strategic BD and client plans that drive revenue growth across key practice areas.
* Lead compelling pitches, proposals, and marketing campaigns aligned with firm priorities.
* Provide market and competitor insights to inform strategic targeting and positioning.
* Manage media engagement, directory submissions, and thought leadership opportunities.
* Collaborate with global BD teams to deliver coordinated cross-border initiatives.
* Coach & mentor team of junior colleagues and champion the BD function within the London office.
