Start: September
Full-time contract to the end of the academic year

We’re working with a well-regarded primary school in Weston-super-Mare that is looking to appoint a KS2 Teacher from September.
This is a smaller school with a strong local reputation and a genuinely supportive staff team. It’s well run, expectations are clear, and staff tend to stay — which says a lot about the working environment. There’s a team-first culture where people help each other out and take pride in doing things properly.
The role is a full class teaching position in Year 5. Planning is already in place, so the focus is on delivery, marking, and adapting resources to meet the needs of the class.
The school is looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS
* Has KS2 teaching experience (Year 3 experience is useful but not essential)
* Manages the classroom well and sets clear expectations
* Delivers lessons that engage all learners
* Is happy to be part of the wider life of the school
This would suit:
* An experienced teacher looking for a stable, supportive school
* An ECT who wants to learn in a well-structured environment
* Someone ready to take on additional responsibility, with TLR available
It’s a good opportunity to join a school where things are organised, staff are supported, and there’s scope to develop longer term.
If you’re interested, apply with your CV and we’ll be in touch to talk through the role and next steps. Interviews are being arranged now.
