Overview
Our client is a leading fire protection company and due to their continued expansion Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of Fire Alarm Engineer.
Role
The Fire Alarm Engineer will carry out preventive maintenance, inspection and testing of fire alarm systems at commercial client locations throughout the Midlands area.
OTE £50K+ per annum
You will operate as a field service engineer and will be responsible for planned and reactive service and repair of fire alarm systems in the Midlands area.
Duties
* Service and repair of fire alarm systems (Morley, Protec, GENT and others)
* Inspection and testing of emergency lighting
* Ensure all reporting and relevant work documentation is accurately completed
Candidate Requirements
* At least five years experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer
* Good knowledge of fire alarm control panels such as Protec, GENT, Advance, Kentec, Morley
* Preferably FIA trained
* Must hold a UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points
